Which plan does my school need?
  • Each school is unique and the best plan for you will depend on the average amount of work you need done each month throughout the school year.
  • Contact us and we will help you determine which plan is best based on a description of your school’s needs.
  • We keep track of our time and will let you know if it makes sense to upgrade or downgrade your plan at a later date.
What is the workflow process like?
  • Work Requests: Work requests may be made to Paideia Graphic Design by email or phone.
  • Simple Projects and Website Updates: Simple requests will be performed in no more than three business days. Occasional urgent updates will be handled more quickly as time permits.
  • Larger Projects: The timeline for more complex requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis and are contingent upon timely reception of instructions, text, and graphics. We value open and clear communication about requested deadlines and are committed to setting reasonable expectations and completing work with care and efficiency.
  • Open Communication: We will provide regular progress updates and maintain open lines of communication to address any questions or concerns promptly.
How does billing work?
  • The monthly fee is due to Paideia Graphic Design on a monthly basis to keep the subscription active. Payment may be made by check (no additional fee), bank transfer (1% fee), credit card (3% fee), or PayPal (3% fee).
  • If more than the allotted number of hours of work is requested in a given month, additional hours will be billed at an hourly rate. When the allotted hours are reached, Paideia Graphic Design will notify the client so a decision can be made whether to perform additional work at the extra charge or to simply wait until the next month to complete requests.
  • If fewer than the allotted hours of work are requested in a given month, unused hours do not roll forward to the next month.
How long does my subscription last?
  • This subscription service operates on a month-to-month basis.
  • This subscription service may be terminated if either party provides a written notice prior to the monthly renewal date or if client does not remit payment within 30 days of receiving an invoice.
