General Questions
These planners are specially designed for students in grades 6-12, though a number of schools use them for younger grades as well.
If you would like to use these planners with elementary school students but prefer a different page format (including additional areas for teacher comments, parent signatures, etc.), contact us for customization options.
By default, planners cover August 1 – July 31. Pages outside your school year may be removed in order to make your planner more concise.
Schools may choose to include (1) verses from the Bible, (2) quotes from great authors, or (3) both.
Bible verses come from the English Standard Version and represent a mix of some of the best-known verses (John 3:16) as well as a large selection from Proverbs especially relevant to young people.
Great quotes are drawn from important authors and historical figures students would encounter in a history or humanities class, or authors who have been influential in classical and Christian education. Examples from last year’s planner include:

Schools may request alternate quotes or an alternate Bible translation for an additional customization fee.
Ordering & Production
To receive the best service, contact us at least 6 weeks before your first day of school to initiate your order. Allow 2-3 weeks for customization work and an additional 2-3 weeks for printing and shipping/handling.
Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee if you have a tighter timeline. Contact us to discuss.
A digital license is available to schools that prefer to take care of printing themselves. Planners will be emailed to your school in PDF format. Customization requests are available for digital orders. Payment is scaled according to the number of students who will be using the planners.
If the order has not yet been printed and shipped, the order quantity can be easily changed. If planners have already been printed and shipped, any changes will be treated as a reorder.
Reorders can be placed anytime and incur no additional customization or setup fees. The charge per planner will be determined by the number of planners in the new shipment.
Customization
Each school will be assigned to one of our graphic designers and given personalized guidance through the customization process. Simply email us your school logo (vector preferred) and requests for custom pages.
We are able to include pre-formatted pages or design pages upon request based on the content you send us. Custom-designed pages may incur an additional design fee.
We will send you a proof to review for approval before sending your planners to the printer.

To guarantee high quality printing, please send us a vector image in PDF, EPS, AI, or SVG format.
If you do not have a copy of your logo in vector format, we can convert it for you for a design fee.
Yes, we can customize your planner using your colors, fonts, and any other guidelines you request.
Applying requested fonts to interior pages will incur an additional fee. Contact us for more information.
Quality
Our standard cover is laminated cardstock with rounded corners. These covers hold up valiantly throughout months of being dropped, squashed into lockers and backpacks, scratched, and otherwise handled the way teenage boys are likely to handle them.
A secondary cover option is plastic (PVC) with a matte finish. The material holds up very well and the finish gives them an elegant look. This material is more prone to scratching if not handled carefully.
All planners feature a strong spiral binding which does an excellent job holding up throughout the year.
The thick paper weight of the interior pages makes the pages unlikely to accidentally tear.
Payment & Invoicing
We accept payment via check, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, or ACH transfer.
You will receive an invoice as soon as your proof is approved and ready to send to the printer. Payment should be made within 30 days of receiving your invoice.
For digital licenses, files will be sent after payment is received.
As a proud business affiliate of the Association of Classical & Christian Schools, Paideia Graphic Design is happy to offer a 10% discount to all ACCS member schools. This discount applies to the total order cost, including customization work.
Note: the ACCS discount does not apply to digital licenses.
Shipments are insured through UPS and damaged packages will be replaced within 5-7 business days.
Before printing, we will send you a proof to review and approve. This is the same file that will be sent to our printer. If the planners you receive do not match the proof you approved, we will send a replacement or seek a satisfactory solution.
If the proof contained the error and it unfortunately slipped through the approval process, please contact us if it is significant and we will discuss your best options for correcting the problem.
